|Dear Family of Louise, First I want to say the obituary was beautiful ! Marlene Lutes kept in touch with Louise through the years ,she worked with her all her nursing career, she was sadden by her passing. Marlene is in ill health and cannot come to her viewing but will remember her with great respect for the person she was . I on the other hand owe my entire career to Louise, I was 19 and very impressionable just starting to work as an aid at Charleroi Monessen Hospital. When I was directed to her work area and saw her behind the desk with her STARCHED WHITE uniform and gleaming white nursing cap I knew this was going to be tough, and it was. I was taught the CORRECT way to do patient care, KINDNESS and RESPONSIBILITLE to my floor work as an aid. Even though I am not a RN I did go on to become a Respiratory Therapist with the strong work ethic that Louise instilled in me. May GOD bless her and may you her family know that her grace, intelligence and kindness will forever be apart of the Mon-Valley Medical community.|
