Andrew J. Kubasiak, 76, of Monessen (formerly of Donora), died on April 7, 2026, at Grandview Estates, Elizabeth PA. He was born on August 31, 1949, to the late Andrew S. and Mary (Horvat) Kubasiak. He was a furniture repair and craftsman for Ethan Allen and after retirement he worked at Napa Auto parts in Rostraver Twp.. Andy was an avid fisherman and especially enjoyed his trips with his sons to Lake Erie for his annual walleye trip. He also was a Pittsburgh sports fan especially the Steelers, was a former Monessen youth soccer coach. He enjoyed traveling and cruises with his wife Lesley and his favorite place to go was the Smokey Mountains. He was a car enthusiast and watched NASCAR and working on his own cars. Andy is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lesley (Gregg) Kubasiak; three sons, Gregg (Christa Piefer) Kubasiak of Carroll Twp., Aaron (Kim Fredenberg) Kubasiak of West Newton, Ben (Robin) Kubasiak of Robinson; grandchildren, Klayton, Kash Julia and Lacey; brother, John (Janet) Kubasiak; sister, Dorthea Tabish; brother-in-law, William (Andrea) Gregg and his dog Diesel and by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his, sister, Barbara Davis and two brother-in-laws, Lee Davis and Bernie Tabish . Friends will be received on Thursday April 9th, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc., Grand Blvd. & Marion Ave., Monessen, PA 15062. A Blessing Service will begin at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Alzheimer's Association https://www.alz.org or the Washington Area Humaine Society, www.washingtonpashelter.org. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.billicksfuneralhome.com.
