Angelo Razzano, 94, of Monessen, passed away on April 12, 2018, in Per-ryopolis. He was born Jan. 10, 1924, in Manown, son of the late Frank and Helen Morra Razzano. He was a 1942 graduate of Monongahela High School, were he played football and wrestled. Angelo worked as a steelworker for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and American Chain and Cable Monessen plants. He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord. Angelo was proceeded in death by his loving spouse, Helen Suchy Razzano; his son, Kenneth Razzano; and two brothers, Frank and Dr. Louis Razzano. He is survived by two sisters, Helen Worry of Perryopolis and Rose Smith of Sarasota, Fla.; niece, Sandra Worry of Perryopolis, with whom he made his home; a special great-niece, Mandy and her husband Jeff Cain; special great-great-niece and great-great-niece Leighanne and great great nephew Adam; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Angelo served his country in both World War II and the Korean Conflict in the United States Marine Corp, Company F, 2nd Battalion, 29th Regiment, in Okinawa and in China. He was an avid Steelers fan. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at ROBERT A. BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC., Grand Boulevard and Marion Avenue, Monessen. A blessing service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc., followed by a noon Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord with Father Michael J. Crookston officiating.
