Brandon Lee Waggoner 49 of Monessen on Wednesday July 24 in his home. Born in North Charleroi on June 20 1975 he was the son of Lester Waggoner and the late Bernadette Simon Waggoner. Besides his mother he was proceeded in death by his Grandmother Mary Ann Simon and a uncle Randy Smith. He is survived by his brother and sister in law Ryan and Carol Waggoner of Monessen, nieces Jayne Lynn and Caitlyn Waggoner, Raine Carocci, uncle Blake Simon and a aunt Barbara Simon Coomer.
