Carol Ann Dacko

Carol Ann Dacko 73 of Monessen on Sunday January 8 2017 in Jefferson Medical Center. Born in N. Charleroi on January 9 1943 she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Kontratovic Dacko. Carol graduated from Monessen High School and the Allegheny General School of Nursing receiving her RN and BSN. In the early part of her career she worked at Allegheny General Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital and Mercy Hospital. For the past 20 years  she served as Nurse Manager of Home Dialysis Program for Dialysis Clinic Inc. She was a member of St. John the Divine Russian Orthodox Church. She is survived by her brother and sister in law Bill and Charlotte Dacko of Charleroi. one niece and her husband Kim and Greg  Ingold of Tavares FL and one nephew and his wife Jason and Lisa Dacko of Newell Pa. The loves of her life her great niece Sara Ingold and great nephew Max Dacko. Special cousins Ann Elaine Kline and Helen Manning both of Monessen  Brenda Rusnak of Monessen  Janice Matta  of Greensburg and Valeria Lovich of MI. Her God Daughter Alane Kline of Pittsburgh and numerous Great Cousin's. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 pm in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc. Grand Blvd and Marion Ave. Monessen www.billicksfuneralhome.com  A Blessing service will be held on Thursday at  9:30 am in the funeral home followed by  10 am funeral services in St John the Divine Orthodox Church with the Very Rev. Fr. William Evansky Officiating.  Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
