Elizabeth Mary (Pawlak) Chunkala

Elizabeth Mary Chunkala,96 , of Monessen, passed away on  April 10, 2019 in Mon Valley Care Center, Monongahela.  She was born on March 15, 1923 to Lawrence and Mary (Kieta) Pawlak in Lamont Furnace, PA. Besides Her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Chunkala. As per her wishes on Saturday a private family gathering was held followed by a Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Michael J. Crookston, officiating.
