Ernest Anthony Vingas

Ernest Anthony Vingas 90 of Monessen on Friday March 13th at home with his family by his side. Born in N. Charleroi on April 9 1935 he was the son of the late Anthony and Josephine Chunkala Vingas. He was a US Army Veteran and a Member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church. Ernie retired from Lee Norse working as a mechanic. Besides his parents he was proceeded in death by his sister Angela Golomb. He is survived by a daughter and son in law Laurie and Emil Crisi of Monessen, a son and daughter in law Anthony and Tina Vingas of Monongahela. Four grandsons Justin and Amy Crisi, Anthony and Amanda Vingas, Nicholas and Rebecca Vingas and Joseph Vingas, one granddaughter Angelica Crisi. Three great granddaughters Arianna Crisi, Alana Vingas and Sophia Vingas. Five great grandsons Brody Crisi, Brex Crisi, Brayden Crisi, Brier Crisi and Matthew Vingas. Family and friends will be received on Monday March 16 in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc. Grand Blvd and Marion Ave. Monessen. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 am in the funeral home with Fr Anthony Onoko officiating. Entombment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
