Ethel Burger

Ethel Burger, 89, of Monessen, died on May 20, 2026, at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. She was born on February 3, 1937, to the late Steven and Helen (Ilko) Kovach. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church, worked at Monessen Foodland in the meat department and enjoyed dancing to polkas and Croatian music with her late husband Vincent Burger. Ethel is survived by her sons Vince Burger and Daryle Burger both of Monessen; grandson, Travis (Petra) Burger; granddaughters, Raquel (Bobby) Gee, Rosalyn Burger; great-grandchildren, Ellasandra and Ivana Burger, Rylah, Reese, Remi and Roxi Gee; sisters, Margaret "Dolly", Bertha and Betty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Vincent Burger. Friends will be received on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc., Grand Blvd. & Marion Ave., Monessen, PA 15062. Services will follow with a Blessing Service at 10:00 AM, followed by a Mass at Epiphany of our Lord church, beginning at 10:30 am. Entombment will follow in Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum.
