George M. Papantonakis 64 of Monessen on Saturday July 24 2021 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital Pittsburgh. Born in Charleroi on February 28 1957 he was the son of the late George and Elizabeth Kolich Papantonakis. George retired as a Machinist and was Catholic by faith. He is survived by his daughter Kaitlyn Papantonakis of Boulder CO. a sister and brother in law Mary and Jim Rosgony of Jefferson Hills and a brother and sister in law Paul and Jamie Papantonakis of Pittsburgh. Nieces and nephews Elissa and Mathew Papantonakis and Rebecca and Amanda Rosgony. Friends will be received on Sunday from 3 until 7 pm in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc. Grand Blvd and Marion Ave Monessen www.billicksfuneralhome.com. A Blessing service will be held on Monday at 9:30 am in the Funeral Home followed by a 10 am Funeral Mass in the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
