Joseph H. Foster Jr. 69 of Monessen on Tuesday July 12 2016 in Mon Valley Hospital Inc. Born in N. Charleroi on May 7 1947 he was the son of the late Joseph Harold and Ann Temoshenka Foster. Joe was a Union Carpenter by trade. He served his country as a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving two tours in Vietnam. He was an avid Guitar player performing with the band The Rouges. He is survived by three sons and daughters in law Christopher and Chetora Foster of Eure, NC, Joseph and Amy Foster of Ohio Pyle, PA and Philip and Amanda Foster of Gates NC. One sister Karen Hawker of Uniontown his cousin and best friend Andrew and his wife Barbara Temoshenka of Rostraver Twp. Close friends Colleen Formato of Monessen and Jim Arrigo of Charleroi.
