Josephine (drow) Kostelac

Josephine Kostelac 96, of Monessen on Friday, December 16 in Victoria House Personal Care Home. Born in Niamo on August 1 1920 she was the daughter of the Late John and Annie Rodd Drow. In addition to her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband John E. Kostelac. Josephine was the last member of her immediate family having lost brothers Edward, Adam, and Steve (Tippy) Drow as well as sisters Sophie Laskowski, Francis and Wilma Drow. She is survived by her daughter, Claudia (Stephen) Hornack of Charleroi and her son James (Barbara) Kostelac of Marietta Ohio and her four grandsons David Hornack, Christiansburg VA: Neil Hornack, Chicago IL; Keith Kostelac, Marietta, Ohio and Bryan Kostelac, Carmel IN and five great grand children along with numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 until 7 pm in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc. Grand Blvd and Marion Ave. Monessen. www.billicksfuneralhome.com. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 am in the funeral home with Fr. Michael Crookston officiating interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
