Margaret D. Katch 88 formerly of Monessen on Thursday December 1 in Logan Place Assisted Living Community, New Kensington. Born in Monessen on Feb. 2 1928 she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Nellie Orolin Chovan. She retired as a Buyer for W T Grant Co. and Eisenburgs. She was a former member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church and a member of St. Joseph Church in New Kensington. Besides her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband Michael, Three brothers Julius, Joseph and Cyril Chovan and her son in law Mike Wilson. She is survived by two daughters and a son in law Diane and Carl Vitalbo of Plum Boro and Susan Wilson of Spring Texas. Six grandchildren (Lisa) and Bruce Hanington of Murrysville (David) and Katie Vitalbo of Wisconson, (Jennifer) Phillipe of Leesburg VA, (Mark) and Heather Vitalbo of Zelinople (Jeff) Wilson of Houston TX and (Chris) Wilson of Spring TX, Great grand children Nia, Emme and Leo Hanington of Murrysville, Sienna and Briella Vitalbo of Zelienople, Sydney, Nikki and Kayla Vitalbo of Wisconson. Friends will be received on Sunday from 4 until 7 pm in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Grand Blvd and Marion Ave. Monessen. A Blessing Service will be held in Monday at 11:30 am in the Funeral Home followed by a 12 noon Funeral Mass in the Epiphany of Our Lord RC Church, Entombment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
