Mary Tesack

Mary Tesack 100, passed away on January 19th 2012 in Golden Living Center Murrysville. She was the daughter of the late Adam and Anna Grabar. Mary had been a Monessen resident her entire life until 2001 when illness forced her to move near her daughter. She was Salutatorian of Monessen High School class of 1927 and worked as secretary to the Superintendent of Monessen Schools until her marriage in 1934. She then worked part time for J.C. Penny Co until her retirement. She enjoyed her garden and playing cards. She was a former member of the Most Holy Name of Jesus Church and it's Christian Mothers which later became the Epiphany of Our Lord. She was proceeded in death by her husband Joseph in 1955, a brother John "Barney" Grabar, a sister M. Olivea, VSC. She is survived by two daughters Marylyn (Bunny) and her husband Edward Chuprinko of Trafford, Olivia and her husband Larry Lanzone of Portland OR. Grandchildren, Paul Chuprinko and his wife Sonja, of Dallas TX. Rebecca Jo Barkclay of Trafford, Neil Chuprinko and his wife Barbara of NJ. Great grandchildren Shelby and Pierce Chuprinko of Dallas, Mathew Barclay of Pittsburgh, Brennan Chuprinko of NJ. Friends will be received on Monday from 9 am until time of services at 10 am in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc.
