Richard Michael Dudas II

Richard Michael Dudas II 54 of Monessen on Friday June 20. Born in Charleroi on Oct 25 1959 he was the son of Richard M. and Donna Stofka Dudas of Monessen. Rick was a member of the former Most Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church. He was a 1978 Graduate of Mon Valley Catholic High School, California University of PA. where he obtained his bachelors degree, the Westmoreland County Community College Culinary Arts program and La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine chef's school in Paris. He was proceeded in death by his wife Debra Dudas. Rick in addition to his parents is survived by his son Richard M Dudas III of Monessen, a sister and brother in law Amy and Paul Hilliard of Hermitage PA. Five nieces and nephews Ian, Josh, Rachael, Braden and Parker. Six aunts and Uncles John A and Louise Dudas, Dr. Martin and Madeline Dudas, Virgina C. Dudas and George Essey. numerous cousins. Rick worked many interesting Chef job's during his career including the National Democratic Club in Washington D.C. and the University of Pittsburgh. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday July 12th at 9:30 am in the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Michael Crookston Officiating interment will follow in Holy Name Cemetery
