Sheri J (Canigaini) Battaglia

Sheri J. Battaglia 70 of Belle Vernon on Tuesday August 22 2017 in Mon Valley Care Center Carroll Twp. Born in New Eagle PA. on August 20 1947 she was the daughter of the late John and Dorothy Ritarcik Canigiani. Sheri worked as Office Manager for Di Paola Quality Climate Control. She was a member of St. Sebastian's Roman Catholic Church serving as a Eucharistic Minister. She is survived by her husband Charles J Battaglia Jr. Two daughters and a son in law Christine Pietroboni of New Eagle and Dana and Isaac Lanham of Belle Vernon. Two granddaughters Kaylie (Zack) Pietroboni of Belle Vernon and Jordan Pietroboni of New Eagle one great grandson Carlo Pietroboni. Two brothers and sisters in law Glen and Cindy Canigiani of Ocean City MD and Jon Scott and Sorangel Canigiani of Leesburg VA. and a sister and brother in law Lynne and Don Daniels of Monongahela. Sheri is also survived by her mother in law Betty Battaglia of California PA and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Thursday from 4 until 8 pm in the Robert A. A Blessing service will be held on Friday at 9:30 am in the funeral home followed by a 10 am Funeral Mass in St. Sebastian's Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Roger Statnik Officiating
