Bob was a 1978 graduate of Monessen High School. After high school he attended Washington and Jefferson college as a biology major. After completing his college requirements he enrolled in Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Sciences graduating in 1982.
Serving his internship with his father Robert A. Billick he joined as partner in 1983. Bob has been very active in the Mon Valley Community serving on the United Way Board of Directors, Monessen Youth Commission, Monessen Volunteer Fire Department #2 where he served 11 years as chief, Knight of Columbus Council 954, Monessen Lions Club, a former member of Mon Valley Divers Search and Recovery Team (asst Commander), as well as various other civic, religious and fraternal organizations

Funeral Director
James graduated from Monessen High School in 2007. He then attended Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and graduated in spring of 2009. Then he went on and obtained his Bachelor degree in sciences from Point Park College in May 2010. He served his internship with his father and is now a licensed funeral director. As his father and grandfather were both funeral directors, he has been a part of the Robert A Funeral Home his entire life.

Lori Curran Billick, wife of Robert Billick, is always available to assist families. She holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and is presently pharmacy manager for Rite Aid in Charleroi.

Bob Jr. my oldest son, helps at the funeral home when he is available. He is a full time student at California University majoring in environmental sciences.

"Mom, Nana" still helps around the funeral home. "Retired" is a word that she has has never adhered to. Mom is always available to lend a hand whenever needed

"Uncle Jim" has been around as long as the funeral home has. He is always eager to lend a helping hand and offer a smile.

Bob "Tybo" the former voice of the Greyhounds has been with the funeral home for 19 years. Every once in a while he can still be heard around the funeral home saying "HE TOOK TOO MANY STEPS."

George is the longest serving employee currently on staff. George began serving families for Robert Sr. since 1957. George is also very active with the Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge 194.

Norm has been helping at the funeral home for over 10 years. A quiet gentlemen always ready to lend a hand.

Mike, the newest member of our staff is a retired Monessen High School Teacher. Mike is very active with St. Spyridon's Greek Orthodox Church.
